AyEye App by FRANCHISE STARTUPS LTD
Upon registering for the AyEye App, all users are automatically granted a 3-day free trial. During this period, you may access the App and explore its features without charge.
Unless cancelled before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert into apaid monthly plan.
By continuing to use the App after the free trial, you authorize FRANCHISE STARTUPS LTD to charge the subscription fee to your selected payment method.
All paid plans operate on a monthly recurring billing cycle.
Your billing date corresponds to the day your free trial ends or the date of your initial subscription activation.
You must provide a valid payment method for subscription activation.
If payment fails or is declined, access to paid features may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
Users may request a refund within 3 days from the date of the invoice, provided that the subscription has not been consumed (as defined below).

Once a subscription is consumed, it is no longer eligible for a refund for the current billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account or by contacting our support team at sales@ayeye.co.uk.
If you cancel after the billing cycle has started and the subscription is already consumed:
We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused access time, or retroactive cancellations for periods already billed.
FRANCHISE STARTUPS LTD reserves the right to modify subscription fees. Users will be notified in advance, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
If additional subscription tiers, features, or upgrades become available, related billing adjustments will be displayed prior to acceptance.
