1. Subscription and Billing Terms

1.1 Free Trial Period

Upon registering for the AyEye App, all users are automatically granted a 3-day free trial. During this period, you may access the App and explore its features without charge.

1.2 Automatic Billing After Trial

Unless cancelled before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert into apaid monthly plan.
By continuing to use the App after the free trial, you authorize FRANCHISE STARTUPS LTD to charge the subscription fee to your selected payment method.

1.3 Recurring Billing Cycle

All paid plans operate on a monthly recurring billing cycle.
Your billing date corresponds to the day your free trial ends or the date of your initial subscription activation.

1.4 Payment Methods

You must provide a valid payment method for subscription activation.
If payment fails or is declined, access to paid features may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 3-Day Refund Window

Users may request a refund within 3 days from the date of the invoice, provided that the subscription has not been consumed (as defined below).

2.2 Definition of “Consumed Subscription”

A subscription is considered consumed if you have:
