1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

1.1 Proprietary Rights

All content, materials, and technology within the AyEye App (“the App”) are the exclusive property of FRANCHISE STARTUPS LTD.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Course content, lessons, modules, quizzes, and tasks
• Videos, audio files, graphics, illustrations, animations, and images
• Webinars and all associated recordings or materials
• Certificates, templates, layouts, and designs
• App design elements, UI/UX structures, icons, and navigation flows
• The AyEye App name, brand, logos, trademarks, and visual identity
• Software code, databases, architecture, systems, functions, and features

All rights are reserved, whether registered or unregistered.

1.2 IP Rights Without Formal Certificate

Even if formal trademark, copyright, or IP certificates are still pending or not registered in certain regions, FRANCHISE STARTUPS LTD retains full ownership and the legal right to protect its intellectual property.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited regardless of registration status.

2. Restrictions on Use

2.1 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that involves copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or publicly displaying any App content. This includes:

• Recording or screen-capturing course videos
• Re-uploading or sharing lessons, modules, or certificates
• Distributing or reselling course materials
• Cloning the App, its design, or its features
• Extracting or exporting data, code, or training materials
• Using bots or automated tools to harvest content

2.2 Commercial Use Restrictions

You may not use any content from the App for commercial training, reselling, redistribution, or the creation of competing products or services without written authorization.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Ownership of User Data

Any data you input (e.g., profile information, progress data, support requests) remains owned by you.
However, the App’s structure, presentation of progress, training paths, and analytics remain the property of FRANCHISE STARTUPS LTD.

3.2 Licensing for Operation

By using the App, you grant FRANCHISE STARTUPS LTD a limited license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of operating the App and delivering its services.

4. Enforcement and Violations

4.1 Monitoring and Detection

FRANCHISE STARTUPS LTD reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and investigate suspected IP violations, including unauthorized downloads, sharing, or unusual account activity.

4.2 Account Suspension or Termination

Violation of this Intellectual Property Policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Revocation of course access and certificates
• Legal action for damages or injunctions

4.3 Legal Remedies

We reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies under UK and international law, including:

• Copyright infringement claims
• Trademark protection claims
• Civil damages
• Criminal complaints (if applicable)
